JET mobile application is an Indonesian-based app that combines ride-sharing with same-day delivery service.
Costumers could choose from 4 different services within the app according to their transportation needs:
JETride - A private car or taxi will pick up and drop off customers door to door with more affordable price rate.
JETcourier - Customers could use JETcourier to deliver small to medium-scale goods using the same cars as JETrides. JETcourier offers a more secured, safe, and reliable same-day delivery with price affordability.
JETpickup - Pick up car charter for relocation purposes.
JETbox - Box-covered car charter for relocation purposes which offers more security for your items.
What sets JET apart is a feature called JETmiles. Customers will collect their redeemable points whenever they use any services from JET. 1 km is equal to 1 point. These points are redeemable with various interesting options, such as: Free Ride, Discount Voucher from Lifestyle Merchants, Merchandise, etc.
With JETs core value of HEAR, that stands for Hassle-Free, Express, Affordable, and Reliable, customers are given a great alternative to get from one point to another, or to have their goods delivered at ease.
JETpilots (nickname for JETs drivers) are selected people which have undergone several trainings and have strict SOP to comply with, to give a high-standard experience to the customers at all times.
